We are looking for a dynamic profile with a strong sense of urgency and fast-paced execution. Here, you will have direct contact with entrepreneurs across Brazil, operating strategically and delivering tangible impact on business results. What will your day-to-day look like? * Develop marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and objectives; * Define brand positioning and communication strategies for diverse audiences and channels; * Manage advertising campaigns focused on performance and brand strengthening; * Analyze results and generate strategic reports, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance; * Collaborate with the commercial area (Sales and After-Sales) on joint initiatives; * Manage social media and the brand’s digital presence; * Plan and monitor the marketing and internal marketing action schedule across all units; * Lead the design and creative team, ensuring quality and agility in deliverables; * Manage budgets, suppliers, and procurement of materials and promotional items; Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience managing marketing teams, preferably in retail or franchise companies; * Knowledge of strategic marketing practices and performance analysis; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; What we’re looking for: * Strong communication skills and persuasive ability; * Willingness to collaborate with diverse profiles across Brazil; * Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment; * Commercial mindset and results orientation; * Proactivity, ownership mentality, and genuine desire to expand Sorrix; A bit about Sorrix We are a rapidly expanding dental franchise, passionate about technology and innovation, transforming the landscape of dental clinics in Brazil.
