Our primary responsibilities include identifying, managing, and structuring outreach to Non-Current Account Customers; bundling products and portfolios to promote cross-selling; developing product distribution strategies across channels (digital, physical, mobile, third-party, internet banking, and open banking); designing and managing customer journeys considering personas, products, and channels; and managing relationships to ensure integrated post-sales information sharing and support structures.
