Cost, inventory, and process optimization with focus on lean and digital Description: For this challenge, you must have: * Completed undergraduate degree (diploma or degree certificate required) in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * Fluent English for reading, writing, and speaking. * Experience in direct procurement. * Leadership experience. * Experience working with international suppliers. * Industrial sector experience, preferably in highly technically complex environments (aerospace, automotive, defense, etc.). * Proven experience in material planning and inventory management, including knowledge of MRP systems and inventory optimization strategies. * Strategic negotiation and complex contract management skills. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, demand planning, quality, and international logistics. * Familiarity with ERP tools (preferably SAP), full Microsoft Office suite (advanced level), and Power BI (AI-based tools are a plus). * Analytical, proactive profile with strong problem-solving ability, capacity to manage multiple concurrent demands, and excellent leadership and communication skills with both suppliers and internal customers. You stand out if you have: * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Project Management, or International Business. * Experience in the aerospace sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Managing the team of direct materials procurement analysts, promoting technical and behavioral development. * Developing and implementing supply strategies for key categories. * Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations of domestic and international suppliers, guaranteeing performance in delivery. * Monitoring departmental performance indicators (KPIs) and proposing continuous improvement actions. * Collaborating with Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Procurement departments to ensure process execution and alignment on technical and logistical matters. * Managing supply chain risks (direct suppliers and sub-tier suppliers) and developing contingency plans. * Leading projects to reduce inventory, costs, and optimize processes. * Ensuring compliance with internal procurement processes and policies through application of best practices. * Promoting and safeguarding adherence to internal cultural pillars and values, as well as lean and digital best practices. 2511060202271852503
