




Greet customers, schedule services, manage phone calls and emails, and forward inquiries to technicians. Organize files, create and track service orders, complete forms and reports. Assist with accounts payable/receivable management, enter data into spreadsheets, and support budget preparation. Request parts and materials from the warehouse, manage inventory, and receive goods. Organize the workshop schedule, prepare documents for meetings, and provide general support to the technical team.
