Opportunity for beginners in the garment manufacturing industry **Job Description:** Responsible for performing support activities in the finishing department, ensuring proper completion of manufactured garments according to the company's quality and productivity standards. **Job Responsibilities** * Assist in final production stages, such as thread trimming, cleaning, inspection, and folding of garments; * Pack, label, and sort products according to production orders; * Support visual quality control by identifying defects and reporting them to the responsible person; * Organize and maintain a clean and orderly work area; * Assist in counting, sorting, and verifying finished garments; * Respond to production demands, collaborating with the workflow between sewing and shipping departments. **Basic Knowledge Required:** * Basic understanding of garment manufacturing production processes; * Manual dexterity and attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of quality and garment standardization; * Organizational skills and care in handling garments; * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. **Essential Professional Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in the garment manufacturing industry is desirable (but not mandatory); * Availability to work on the production line; * Commitment to deadlines and quality. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in garment inspection, folding, or packaging; * Basic knowledge of quality control; * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and productive environment. **Working Hours:** 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM — Alternate Saturdays, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM 2nd shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM — Alternate Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary: R$ 1\.704,48 (Probationary Period – 90 days) // R$ 2\.048,98 (Permanent)** **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ Meal Voucher (VR) After probation: Dental Plan, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance **START DATE: MAY/2026
