Develop and deliver safety training The company seeks an Occupational Safety Technician in São José dos Campos. Aproprie RH is a human resources specialized firm offering recruitment and selection solutions. Focused on matching talent with the right opportunities, the company operates across multiple market sectors. **Responsibilities:** Identify, assess, and control environmental hazards, preparing documents such as the PGR (Risk Management Program) and AET (Ergonomic Work Analysis). Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security’s Regulatory Standards (NRs). Develop and deliver safety training, including proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs). Inspect workplaces, machinery, and equipment, and verify correct use of PPEs. Investigate workplace accidents, analyze root causes, and propose corrective/preventive measures. Advise the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and coordinate fire brigades and emergency response plans. Previous experience as a Safety Engineer, Safety Analyst, Safety Coordinator, or Safety Consultant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
