This professional will contribute to the implementation of MVS projects, collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment that fosters creativity and innovation. * Responsibilities: * Execute masonry, cladding, and finishing works, ensuring quality and compliance with technical specifications. * Interpret and follow construction drawings and floor plans to build in accordance with established guidelines. * Collaborate with the work team, contributing to a collaborative and safe working environment. * Maintain tools and materials organized, ensuring their preservation and proper care of the workplace. * Assist in supervising apprentices or less-experienced workers, guiding them in daily tasks and promoting a learning-oriented environment. * Qualifications: * Practical knowledge of civil construction techniques, with familiarity with tools and equipment required to perform tasks. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Capacity to work collaboratively and communicate clearly and effectively. * Commitment to safety and environmental preservation standards during task execution. * Educational qualifications: Completed elementary education, preferably with technical courses related to civil construction. * Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil construction activities, preferably in similar roles, demonstrating practical knowledge in construction execution. * KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Practical knowledge of masonry, cladding, and finishing; ability to use construction tools; attention to detail; and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
