Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst to provide technical support and administer the group's technology environments, with autonomy, an analytical mindset, and interaction with local and international users. We seek a **Senior IT Analyst** to provide technical support and administer the group's technology environments, serving multiple business units and interacting with local and international users. This position is ideal for professionals with technical autonomy, an analytical profile, and experience in corporate environments. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support related to software, hardware, telecommunications, and access management for companies served by the group; * Administer and provide support for corporate platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and domain/DNS environments; * Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access control processes; * Provide network and infrastructure support, including school environments and CCTV systems; * Manage and maintain updated IT asset inventories across multiple units; * Interface with vendors and support telecommunications systems; * Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives; * Support system implementations, migrations, and departmental projects; * Provide bilingual support (Portuguese and English) to local and international users. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree completed** in Information Technology or related fields; * **Experience in IT operations (support, infrastructure, assets, and networks);** * **Advanced English** proficiency for reading, writing, and communication via email and occasional meetings; * Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 suite; * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and communication ability; * Organized, analytical profile with capacity for autonomous work. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. **We Offer** * **Competitive salary;** * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Hybrid Work Model, Birthday Day Off, SESC Membership, Medical Assistance, English Classes, and TotalPass; * **Hybrid work model**, combining the best of in-office and remote work; * **Work Location:** Taubaté/SP.
