JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for performing the assembly, disassembly, and inspection of scaffolds used in industrial maintenance activities, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with technical and occupational safety standards. **Responsibilities** Assemble and disassemble scaffold structures according to project plans and technical instructions; Inspect the condition of materials and equipment before and after use; Ensure proper anchoring and securing of structures, prioritizing worker safety; Work together with maintenance teams, providing support for working at heights; Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of equipment and tools under their responsibility; Strictly comply with safety regulations, especially those related to work at heights (NR-35) and scaffolding assembly (NR-18); Participate in training sessions and safety meetings promoted by the company. JOB REQUIREMENTS Complete elementary education; Previous experience as a scaffold assembler, preferably in an industrial environment; Scaffolding Assembly course; NR-35 course BENEFITS Benefits according to local collective agreement ADDITIONAL INFORMATION **Contract:** CLT

We believe your profile matches the position we are hiring for, and we are pleased to present our offer for the role of: Position: SCAFFOLD ASSEMBLER Work Location: BASF – Guaratinguetá/SP Employment Type: CLT \| On-site \| Schedule: Monday to Friday \| Business hours Remuneration: R$ 2\.931,76 Main Responsibilities: Perform risk analysis of tasks together with other team members; Carry out scaffold assembly activities, either on ground level or at height;  Load and unload trucks;  Transport necessary equipment required for assembly services;  Perform maintenance on scaffolding equipment / accessories;  Lubricate equipment and accessories;  Conduct risk analysis before starting any activity;  Clean and organize the work area.
