Act with courtesy and professionalism **Work Location:** Rua Ambrósio Molina, 1090 – Eugênio de Mello – São José dos Campos/SP – CEP 12247\-000 **Employment Type:** Temporary position (45 days), with strong possibility of permanent hiring **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 17:00** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.074,00 * **Meal Allowance \+ Food Voucher:** R$ 600,00 (total) * **Life Insurance** * **Day Off \+ Gift Card** ### **Job Description** Operate the multifunction printers installed at the client site, performing routine inspections, paper/toner replenishment, and user support to ensure optimal equipment performance and the best possible printing service experience. ### **Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic inspections to verify equipment functionality; * Replenish paper and toner in printers; * Perform external cleaning and maintenance of equipment; * Provide basic user support (printing, copying, and scanning); * Log and track service requests and technical incidents; * Escalate to specialized technical support when required; * Act with courtesy and professionalism to strengthen the relationship between company and client. **Requirements** * Experience with printing equipment (paper replenishment and toner replacement) * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude; * Willingness to learn; * Proactive, dedicated, and responsible profile.
