




**Role in the company:** Act as a Business Intelligence Analyst, responsible for developing dashboards, analytical reports, and data transformation processes (ETL) using Power BI, Power Query, and SQL. This professional must be capable of understanding client needs, performing data discovery, and proposing KPIs and analyses that support decision-making. They are also expected to contribute to structuring efficient data models and promote best practices in data visualization. **Responsibilities:** Perform complex transformations in Power Query using M language and reusable functions. Write high-performance advanced SQL queries for handling large data volumes. Create efficient and optimized data models. Develop complex, customized DAX measures tailored to the organization’s specific data analysis requirements. Apply data storytelling and user experience–centric design. Administer Premium/Fabric, Embedded, certified datasets, and complex dataflows environments. Optimize DAX measures, M queries, and visual elements. Define BI strategies and support clients’ tactical and strategic decisions. Lead BI initiatives and conduct troubleshooting in Power BI environments. Work with Azure cloud and Microsoft Fabric environments, performing intermediate and advanced configurations of components and services. Mentor junior and mid-level professionals, serving as the team’s technical reference. **Requirements:** Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Data Lake, Dataflows, Premium/Fabric capacity, Embedded analytics, and Microsoft Fabric. Intermediate/advanced English (B2–C1) for interaction with clients and global teams. **Hard Skills** Power BI (Power Query, M language, DAX, and visualization). Power BI Service (publishing, scheduled refreshes, permissions, apps, dataflows). SQL. Proficiency in data modeling (efficient and scalable).
