Description: * Bachelor's degree in Geography, Cartographic Engineering, Architecture, Geoprocessing Technology, Forestry Engineering, Biology, Environmental Engineering, or related fields; OR proven professional experience in the field. * Postgraduate degree / MBA in Geoprocessing or another compatible knowledge area. * International language certification (e.g., TOEFL) is desirable. * Desired knowledge: Database management (PostgreSQL). * Advanced knowledge in Cartography. * Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft platform. * Advanced familiarity with GIS tools such as QGIS, AutoCAD, among others; and/or digital image processing tools (PCI, PIX4D, ERDAS, ENVI, eCognition, Métrica Topo, Potree, among others). * Intermediate relational database knowledge. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Intermediate proficiency in at least one programming language (programming logic). * Solid understanding of municipal taxation. Intermediate knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. * Basic understanding of project life cycle. * Knowledge of Project Management. * Advanced knowledge in at least one of the company’s business areas: MDU, PGV, PDI, MMT, REURB, LADO, BIC, and Urban Monitoring. * Manage contracts with geoprocessing service providers, including preparing and discussing technical aspects, monitoring progress of contracted services, and clarifying questions regarding the providers’ activity status. * Responsible for analyzing and approving geospatial information prepared and delivered by service providers. * Develop and structure new quality control methodologies and geoprocessing project execution procedures for the company. * Conduct technical discussions with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to align understanding and expectations regarding requirements, methodology, and quality standards. * Provide client support for data-related issues and first-level assistance using the Geopixel Cidades tool. * Support Marketing and Sales departments by generating samples and demonstrations, and participating in technical visits to clients. 2512120202501916381
