




**Position: Pedagogical Analyst – Educational** **The Pedagogical Analyst** is a key figure in ensuring educational excellence. They are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating pedagogical projects, ensuring the quality of teaching and learning processes in full alignment with work plans. Their role goes further, providing technical and strategic support to teaching teams, coordinators, and school leadership, driving continuous development of the entire pedagogical staff and service providers. The main objective is improving students' academic performance, with special attention to inclusion and holistic development. This professional also participates in proposing and monitoring inclusive educational programs for children with disabilities, ensuring that necessary adaptations and resources are available to promote an equitable and effective learning environment. Additionally, they collaborate in designing and executing comprehensive programs aimed at students' full development, addressing cognitive, social, emotional, and physical aspects. Accountability is a cornerstone of the Pedagogical/educational Analyst's role, who monitors and reports on the impact of pedagogical actions, demonstrating transparency and responsibility regarding outcomes. The job also involves integrating and strengthening social organization within the educational context, promoting community participation and alignment with local needs and expectations. **Main Responsibilities:** Develop, review, and monitor the implementation of pedagogical projects and plans according to guidelines, work plans, and specific requirements of comprehensive and inclusive programs. Monitor and evaluate student performance through indicators, focusing on individual and collective progress, especially for students with disabilities. Propose corrective actions and innovative educational strategies to improve educational outcomes, including adapting methodologies and materials to meet diverse student needs. Develop and deliver pedagogical/educational training sessions and workshops for teachers, service providers, and other program participants, equipping them to excel in inclusive and comprehensive contexts. Support the creation and updating of instructional materials and curricular content with a focus on diversity and accessibility. Monitor technical visits to programs, assessing the application of pedagogical guidelines and the quality of practices. Conduct visits, meetings, and gatherings between programs and SME (Municipal Education Department), strengthening institutional coordination and accountability for educational outcomes. Ensure pedagogical practices comply with institutional policies, work plans, and current educational legislation, including regulations on inclusive education. Promote integration between technology and education by suggesting innovative tools and methodologies that enhance teaching\-learning processes and digital inclusion. Conduct institutional pedagogical assessments and propose action plans that support continuous improvement and program sustainability. Act as a bridge between academic, administrative, HR, and pedagogical departments, facilitating communication and integration of actions toward a more effective, learning-focused social organization. **Academic Qualifications:** **Required:** Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Languages, Mathematics, History, Geography, Sciences, or related fields in Education. **Desirable:** Postgraduate specialization (lato sensu) in School Management, Inclusive Education, Psychopedagogy, or Pedagogical Coordination. **Advantageous:** – Specialization in Inclusive Education ; – Business Aptitude – Commercial Profile ; – Ability to identify business opportunities **Desirable Specializations:** Inclusive Education.
