




**Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or Psychology; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level); * Knowledge of HR subsystems; * Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and tools, as well as training and development tools for personnel. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct the Recruitment and Selection process, including job profile analysis, job posting, interviews, assessments, vacancy tracking, and process closure; carry out and monitor the onboarding process for new employees; * Analyze and monitor internal KPIs of the HR area; * Support Human and Organizational Development activities, such as projects, programs, and others; * Manage the Training and Development process related to LNT, including development of the Annual Training Program, vendor management, recording of trainee reactions and training effectiveness, certificate tracking, and preparation of training area indicators; * Support the development of HR policies and processes; * Conduct exit interviews (offboarding management); * Monitor Probationary Period Evaluation processes through specific controls to guide managers regarding applicable deadlines; * Implement and monitor follow-up actions based on organizational survey results; * Collaborate with Marketing on internal marketing initiatives. **Desired Behavioral Competencies:** * Assertive communication * Interpersonal skills * Creativity and adaptability * Commitment and transparency Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.000,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
