




A plastic packaging industry and trading company is seeking a Back Office Assistant in Limeira (Geada). **Responsibilities:** Provide operational, administrative, financial, and commercial support to the sales and after-sales departments. Register and update customer and product information in the company's systems. Issue and verify orders, ensuring accuracy of information. Monitor delivery processes, deadlines, and logistics in coordination with responsible departments. Organize documents and prepare management reports for analysis. Perform data entries in ERP and CRM systems, keeping information up to date. Act as liaison between sales, finance, logistics, and production departments.
