Then this could be your opportunity. We are seeking a **Hospital Operations Coordinator** to enhance and oversee operations under their responsibility. This professional will play a key role in implementing continuous improvement processes, ensuring quality and patient safety, promoting humanization and patient-centered care, as well as guaranteeing business sustainability. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * **Ensure continuity of operational and administrative processes** at Hospital Santa Luzia (AESC) through process mapping, systematic routine management, continuous improvement, and implementation of contingency plans for critical points. * **Improve hospital operations** by applying continuous improvement methods, project management, and agile responses to overcome bottlenecks and optimize workflows. * **Ensure economic and financial sustainability of operations** by implementing waste reduction practices, eliminating bottlenecks, and increasing productivity. * **Monitor productivity and performance levels** at Hospital Santa Luzia by tracking performance indicators and ensuring projected improvements. * **Enhance systems, processes, and operational management practices** through standardization of procedures and adaptation to applicable regulations and legislation for the institution and AESC. * **Monitor the efficiency of material and medication flows** in collaboration with the Logistics and Supply Management team of the AESC Shared Services Center (CSC), through continuous monitoring and integrated actions. * **Act as liaison between CSC support services and Hospital Santa Luzia**, conducting systematic meetings, ensuring clear operational communication, and establishing accountability routines with the CSC General Management. * **Lead direct and indirect teams**, fostering a healthy, inclusive environment focused on continuous development, actively participating in talent recruitment, onboarding, follow-up, and career growth. * **Preserve and promote Scalabrinian mission, vision, and values**, strengthening a fair, ethical, and inclusive culture aligned with the principles of Hospital Santa Luzia and its parent organization, Associação Educadora São Carlos (AESC). **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Completed postgraduate specialization (lato sensu) in Management, Health, or related areas; * Solid experience in process management, production lines, and projects; * Experience managing healthcare units; * Knowledge of agile methods, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Lean Healthcare; * Experience in people management with focus on leadership and team development.
