And there’s more: **iFood is our investor!** This means we are experiencing exponential and accelerated growth — therefore, we seek people who share our energy, our drive to innovate, and our ambition to revolutionize the food service market, growing alongside us!  **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will be part of your daily routine** * Adhere faithfully to departmental processes and *playbook*; * Validate pre\-requisites for implementation and register received information in the system; * Understand and map the business structure of our clients; * Install and configure our auxiliary software. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Strong ability to build stable internal relationships; * Good verbal and written communication skills; * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Analytical mindset; * Willingness to work onsite daily in São Leopoldo/RS. **What will set you apart here** * \+1 year of experience related to customer service or technical support; * Prior experience at technology companies; * Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot); * Knowledge of SaaS; **Additional Information** **Interested?
