Job Summary: Responsible for accounting entries, reconciliations, monthly accounting close, integrations, reporting, and client support. Key Highlights: 1. Central role in accounting entries and reconciliations 2. Leading the monthly accounting close and tax integrations 3. Supporting the preparation of financial statements and client service **Main Responsibilities** * Perform accounting entries, reconciliations, and account analysis * Lead the monthly accounting close * Execute accounting integrations (tax and payroll) * Import accounting data via spreadsheets and systems * Generate and analyze accounting reports and financial statements * Support the preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements * Attend to clients to clarify questions * Contribute to organizing routines and improving processes **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences * Experience in an accounting firm * Experience with accounting close, reconciliations, and account analysis * Experience with accounting integrations (tax and payroll) * Proficiency in Excel applied to accounting * Experience in client service **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with the Domínio system * Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge * Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC) * Experience in reviewing accounting work Work Location: Porto Alegre/RS. Work Model: On-site. After 3 months, hybrid model (3 days on-site).
