




Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing and analyzing budgetary reports, managing business dossiers, ensuring legal and tax compliance, and monitoring the Business Unit’s accounts payable and receivable. Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco * Prepare and analyze budget tracking reports and compare expenditures to ensure achievement of the Business Unit’s accounting and financial results. * Periodically review the contents of the business dossier during business reviews and/or exchange value assessments. * Ensure the Business Unit’s practices comply with applicable legislation—labor, tax, and fiscal regulations. * Verify that information conforms to the Business Unit’s instructions, that expenses are correctly allocated, that due taxes are accounted for, and confirm, at year-end, that expense advances granted have been properly settled. * Verify that the dossier of third-party companies contracted by the Business Unit is complete prior to issuing the order for signature. * Monitor procurement for inventory, especially adherence to delegation-of-authority rules regarding purchase orders and proper payment execution. * Participate in the physical inventory organized by the warehouse manager. * Verify that accounting records conform to the nature of the investment. * Conduct an annual physical inventory of IT equipment and construction materials; justify and reconcile discrepancies identified against recorded amounts. * Verify strict application of VINCI and VINCI Energies’ accounting rules and instructions, as well as Group management principles. * Verify consistency between management information and statutory results and consolidation ledgers. * Review the Business Unit’s accounting accounts—particularly administrative, accounting, and tax accounts—to verify correct posting and cost allocation. * Monitor completeness and up-to-dateness of the list of assumed commitments (e.g., sureties, guarantees, comfort letters) and ensure follow-up actions for their release have been carried out. * Periodically submit to Management a detailed statement of assumed/received commitments. * Ensure all reimbursements and deductions are executed per Group rules and in accordance with applicable local regulations. * Monitor contract execution and proactively prepare extensions and/or terminations. * Monitor the Business Unit’s accounts payable and receivable, tracking forecasts and actuals to ensure alignment with planning. * **Bachelor's degree in:** Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or Economics. * **Advanced Excel** * **CRC registration active (desirable)** * **Tools and Systems:** Proficiency in financial management tools and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP. * **Accounting and Financial Knowledge:** Solid experience in controller-related routines, accounting, and cost management, including BR GAAP/CPC.
