Sales Support and Real Estate Prospecting **Main Responsibilities:** · **Portfolio and CRM Management:** Registering new properties and clients in the system, updating data, and maintaining digital platforms and real estate portals. · **Customer Service:** Initial contact with leads, telephone, email, and social media support, addressing preliminary inquiries. · **Sales Support:** Scheduling property visits, organizing brokers’ calendars, preparing purchase and sale contracts, and collecting required documents. · **Prospecting:** Identifying newly available properties for sale or lease and initiating contact with owners. · **Administrative and Post-Sale Support:** Verifying outstanding debts, monitoring financing processes, key control, and post-sale activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday * Two Saturdays per month **Preference for candidates residing in the Pampulha region** **Benefits:** ✔ Salary negotiable ✔ Meal allowance: **BRL 24.00 per day** ✔ Transportation allowance **Driver's license category B is a plus**.
