**Quality Laboratory Supervisor** **Summary:** We are looking for a professional with experience in quality control, laboratory analysis, and team leadership, whose mission will be to ensure the highest standards of excellence in our products. Join a company that values innovation, commitment, and professional growth. **Responsibilities** **Team Management**: * Lead, train, guide, and evaluate the performance of the laboratory analysts team. * Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficiency and quality of analyses. * **Supervision of Analyses**: * Ensure correct execution and on-time completion of quality control analyses (physical\-chemical, microbiological, and sensory). * Ensure the use of standardized and validated analytical methodologies. * Monitor the calibration and maintenance schedule of laboratory equipment carried out by the maintenance manager. * Analyze and interpret analysis results, identifying trends and deviations. * **Quality and Food Safety Assurance**: * Supervise all activities of the quality control laboratory, ensuring the execution and standardization of physical\-chemical, microbiological, and sensory analysis methods for release during receipt and processing of raw materials, food additives, technological adjuvants, primary packaging, in-process products, and release of finished products according to technical specifications. * Participate in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and laboratory work instructions. * Participate in internal and external audits, implementing necessary corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure proper disposal of laboratory waste. * Ensure correct data collection flow; * **Materials and Resources Management**: * Manage inventory of reagents, consumables, and reference standards, ensuring availability for analyses. During the first week of a new employee's work, they must conduct an inventory of all laboratory supplies and reagents and present it to their direct supervisor. * Be responsible for the laboratory's cost accounting, measuring cost per analysis per product so they can be incorporated into the final product cost. **Education:** * Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree. Chemistry, Microbiology, Biomedicine with experience in food analysis laboratories **Experience:** * Minimum of 06 months **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency ISO 9001/BRC/SQF ISO 14000/IFS FOOD Environmental Management English Office Suite Proficiency in physical\-chemical, microbiological, and sensory analytical techniques applied to food. Knowledge of calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Skill in data analysis and interpretation, and preparation of technical reports.
