




**Responsible for executing and supporting HR routines, ensuring implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and programs, and directly supporting employees and leaders.** **Key responsibilities** * Lead recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment through to process completion with candidates and leaders. * Conduct onboarding and follow-up for new employees, ensuring appropriate integration and completion of initial steps. * Support general HR administration activities, including document control, benefits management, vacation tracking, personnel movements, and employee support. * Monitor HR metrics, record information, maintain up-to-date records, and contribute to analysis and continuous improvement. * Support leaders and teams on topics such as organizational climate, interpersonal relations, internal communication, and alignment with People & Management policies. •• Contribute to departmental projects and programs, including culture initiatives, internal campaigns, ethics, psychological safety, DHO (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and internal communication. **Required qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in generalist HR functions, including recruitment & selection, onboarding, training, and employee support. * Basic knowledge of HR administration routines and familiarity with labor legislation. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capability to interact effectively with diverse employee and leadership profiles. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with HR platforms (ATS, performance evaluation systems, benefits administration systems, or time-tracking systems). * Exposure to People Analytics, HR metrics, or development projects. * Experience in operational, logistics, or industrial environments.
