What to Expect from Your Day-to-Day Work: * Provide user support, resolve questions and issues related to infrastructure, and perform maintenance activities on networks, telephony, servers, desktops, notebooks, printers, mobile devices, and software installation and configuration on Linux and Windows operating systems; * Handle and resolve low, medium, and high-complexity incidents via phone, remote access, ITSM tools, and in person; * Interact with other support levels to identify proper solutions; * Assist in creating and updating technical documentation; * Basic knowledge of Information Security. What You Need to Have: * Ability to communicate clearly and formally, both verbally and in writing; * Experience with data networks and Wi-Fi; * Configuration and installation of Windows OS (version 7 onwards) and Office suite (2016 and 365); * Experience with remote support and remote access tools; * Experience with on-site support (Field Service); * Experience with hardware and software (installation and maintenance); * Experience with administrative tools such as Active Directory; * VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE CATEGORY B, which must be up to date.
