About the Opportunity:

\> **Working Hours:**
From 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday (subject to change at the company's or client's discretion).

***Education:*** Completed High School;
***IT Skills:*** Advanced;

***Experience Duration:*** Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience.
***Preferred Prior Experience:***
* Proven experience (e.g., employment record or similar) in technical activities related to Hardware Maintenance and/or Technical Support and Assistance. Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience required.
* Experience operating and supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and subsequent Microsoft updates throughout the contract period;
* Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Office and LibreOffice;
* Experience providing microcomputer user support.
\> **Essential Job Responsibilities (Duties/Tasks):**
* Strong alignment with public service, willingness to listen and assist, ability to respond with appropriate formality, capacity to respond effectively under pressure, and ease working in teams.
* Technicians must provide on-site and remote support to MPPR users, maintain equipment and/or connected systems in normal operational condition, perform necessary adjustments and repairs—including installation and configuration of operating systems on equipment and duly approved software provided by MPPR.
\> **Specific Knowledge, Certificates, and Certifications Required:**
* Certificate verifying satisfactory completion of a Technical and/or Vocational Course in Hardware Maintenance (microcomputers and/or printers), or training courses in Software or Operating Systems (Linux or Windows), or computer networking courses, with minimum duration of 40 classroom hours;
* Knowledge of installation and configuration of workstations running Microsoft Windows operating systems;
* Basic knowledge of Linux;
* Basic knowledge of electronics;
* Advanced knowledge of Windows network environments and Internet;
* Advanced knowledge of microcomputer hardware;
* Advanced knowledge of information security (backup and restoration);
* Knowledge of security, vulnerabilities, and antivirus solutions;
* Knowledge of assembling Category 5 and Category 6 network cables;
* Knowledge of switch port termination;
* Knowledge of printer maintenance (e.g., paper jams, toner/photoconductor replacement, assembly/disassembly, component cleaning, etc.).
\> **Essential Personal Attributes:**
* Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), category B or higher;
* Criminal background clearance certificates issued by State Police and Federal Police.

Salary: R$ 2.450,00.
