Inspire and develop talent in an innovative environment **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Morning, afternoon, and evening (as required by the unit). **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Plan theoretical and practical classes in accordance with institutional regulations; * Prepare necessary materials for delivering theoretical and practical classes; * Deliver or conduct classes according to course syllabi and other institutional regulations; * Record attendance and educational activities daily in the Senac DF information system, as required by the educational unit; * Facilitate learning situations, as well as assess and support student recovery, using teaching\-learning methodologies that address theory and practice separately and adapt to new educational realities and trends, as well as those of the world of work; * Inspire, mobilize, and develop students in their classes, observing the Senac Pedagogical Model’s Formative Marks, helping to create a participatory and innovative environment; * Conduct integrated course planning in coordination with instructors of other curriculum components, promoting student learning; * Encourage and monitor students to achieve defined learning objectives. * Participate in implementing education solutions at Senac; * Propose to Senac\-DF new learning experiences and educational services, based on diagnostics derived from interaction with students and the market; * Integrate people with disabilities and/or learning difficulties into classes so they feel welcomed and receive the necessary support to develop competencies outlined in the courses; * Perform tasks, routines, and activities within their area; * Represent their occupational area/segment at relevant events and/or forums; * Comply with and respect organizational policies, mission, and strategic vision; * Develop and maintain updated procedures and documents related to their area of responsibility; * Comply with policies, standards, regulations, risk controls, institutional programs, information security, health, and environmental safety; * Sign and submit documents to regulatory bodies when delegated by Senac/DF; * Comply with and ensure compliance with the organization’s code of ethics; * Perform other duties compatible with those specified for the position and/or as required by the specific needs or characteristics of the workplace. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Education and Knowledge:** * Diploma, duly registered at an institution of higher education recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), certifying completion of an undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields (Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT Management, Information Systems, and/or Internet Systems). **Desirable Education and Knowledge:** * Teaching license/certification (Licenciatura/Docência) or certificate from a postgraduate lato sensu program with a pedagogical focus (teaching). **Mandatory Professional Experience:** * Minimum of six (6) months of professional experience in the field of training. **Desirable Professional Experience:** * Professional teaching experience.
