Candidate information collected during the recruitment process for open positions is strictly handled in accordance with the LGPD — General Data Protection Law.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the preparation of managerial presentations, dashboards, and periodic monitoring reports; * Organize and attend MVV service contract kick\-off meetings; * Verify contractual documentation and attachments; * Provide administrative support to the Contract Management Department; * Develop spreadsheets and macros to assist Contract Management Department staff in area-specific information controls; * Manage documents and organize the department’s network storage and files; * Monitor and follow up on managerial reports (e.g., Power BI) from the company’s contract dashboard (Validity and Deadline); * Assist in monitoring MVV’s contract portfolios. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering, Administration, or Information Systems; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; * Power BI knowledge preferred. **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Charter transportation. ***Mineração Vale Verde is Alagoas’ first base metals company, operating an open-pit mine for copper concentrate processing.
