Renowned German industry, **r**esponsible for adapting and maintaining Measurement Systems on various oil platforms in the Campo Basin, is hiring. **Responsibilities:** **Research procurement portals and tender websites, identifying new business opportunities;** * Manage sales e-mail, tender websites, and procurement portals (public and private companies); **Analyze tender notices, draft contracts, and tender documents, interpreting technical, commercial, and legal requirements for supply;** Update and organize documents for registration on portals and participation in auctions/tenders; **Analyze information specified in proposals and documents, ensuring compliance with tender process requirements;** Tender appeals and submissions; **Monitor deadlines and take action regarding challenges, appeals, and submissions related to tenders;** Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (from the 5th semester onward) in Business Administration or related fields. * Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel at Macro and VBA level) * Knowledge of public tenders and administrative contracts * Interpretation of tender notices and tender documents; * Familiarity with procurement portals (e.g., Petronect, Nimbi, Ariba, and/or ComprasNet) * Verbal and written communication skills * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday until 4:30 p.m. (flexible start time between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., compensated at the end of the workday).
