




Description: Main responsibilities: * Organizing work schedules for the driver team. * Monitoring route progress, resolving unforeseen issues, and ensuring adherence to schedules. * Assisting in the preparation of operational reports and controlling documentation required for services. * Collaborating with the team to improve processes and enhance service quality. Mandatory requirements: * High school diploma. * Prior experience in receptive tourism, logistics, or tourism operations. * Basic knowledge of operational systems, vehicle monitoring, and reservations, as well as proficiency with operational management tools. * Verbal and written communication skills, including internal customer service. * Flexible availability. Desirable requirements (differentiators): * Knowledge of itinerary planning. * Experience organizing work schedules. * Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
