This professional will play a pivotal role in supporting decision-making, contributing to process improvement, operational efficiency gains, and sustainable results. We seek an analytical profile with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for company departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collect, organize, and process data from various company departments * Develop and update management reports and dashboards * Create and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) * Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gains * Automate controls and routines using advanced Excel * Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI * Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability * Support internal departments with analyses and insights for decision-making * Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of data-related processes * Support strategic projects focused on data analysis and performance **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or related fields * Experience in data analysis and report generation * Advanced proficiency in Excel * Knowledge of Power BI * Experience organizing and processing databases * Familiarity with performance indicators and results analysis **Technical Competencies:** * Data analysis and interpretation * Dashboard and management report development * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, automations) * Power BI (data modeling and visualization) * KPI creation and monitoring * Database organization and structuring **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical ability and process-oriented mindset * Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into clear information * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Prioritization ability and focus on results * Teamwork and collaboration **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial or operational environments * Exposure to continuous improvement and process standardization * Knowledge of logistics or operations * Experience in report automation **Why Join Our Team?** You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment with autonomy to propose improvements, deliver real business impact, and grow professionally through strategic challenges and meaningful projects.
