Grow and develop with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Serving as the technical reference in the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with current legislation, promoting the rational use of medications, delivering qualified pharmaceutical care, and contributing to business results and excellence in customer service. **1. Customer Assistance and Service** * Providing empathetic service, interpreting prescriptions, and advising on medication usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects. * Clarifying questions from customers and staff through research and consultation of reliable sources. * Ensuring safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropic drugs and antibiotics. **2. Technical and Regulatory Management** * Acting as the technical responsible party for the establishment before regulatory agencies (CRF, Health Surveillance, ANVISA, etc.). * Ensuring documentary compliance: permits, authorizations, licenses, contracts, and mandatory registrations. * Keeping the National System for Controlled Drugs (SNGPC) updated, submitting movement reports, and monitoring irregularities. **3. Operational Processes and Quality** * Keeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the Good Practices Manual, and the Waste Management Plan (PGRSS) updated and ensuring their daily implementation. * Ensuring hygiene, organization, and operation of the department in accordance with sanitary regulations. * Monitoring ambient and equipment temperatures with updated records. **6.
