Support for tax and accounting audits **Responsibilities:** * Review and record incoming, outgoing, and service invoices in the TOTVS ERP system. * Verify taxes highlighted on invoices (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, ST). * Monitor changes in tax legislation and support internal alignment efforts. * Collaborate with external accounting to ensure consistency in financial closings. * Validate tax registrations of suppliers, customers, and products. * Ensure correct application of tax legislation to the company's tax operations. * Assist in calculating indirect taxes such as ICMS, PIS, COFINS, and DIFAL. * Provide internal support regarding procedures and applicable legislation for tax operations. * Calculate direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL). * Support tax and accounting audits by providing required documents and information. * Participate in fiscal and technological improvement projects integrated with the ERP system. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or completed Technical Course in Accounting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially intermediate-level Excel. * In-depth knowledge of ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, and the Brazilian tax system. * Familiarity with tax nomenclatures (CFOP, CST, and NCM). * Knowledge of types of fiscal documents: NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e. * Knowledge of PROTHEUS ERP and Domínio System is a plus.
