Opportunities for career growth within the company RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming and delivering the best possible humanized service to our customers, exceeding their expectations by providing complete solutions—including the purchase of pharmaceutical products and services, as well as other categories such as dermocosmetics, convenience items, perfumery, nutrition, and general merchandise. You must also maintain store organization, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations to ensure the best customer experience. As a Cashier (Financial Operator), you will be responsible for cashier operations, including processing payments, as well as performing opening, cash withdrawal (sangria), and closing procedures. You will also support customer service and store organization, aiming to deliver the best possible shopping experience to our customers.
