Focus on customer experience and store environment organization ***JOB DESCRIPTION*** **Responsibilities and Duties:** **For the Customer Service Representative role:** responsible for welcoming and providing the best human-centered service to our customers; exceeding their needs by offering complete solutions through the purchase of pharmaceutical products and services, as well as other categories such as dermocosmetics, convenience items, perfumery, nutrition, and general merchandise. Ensuring store organization, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitary regulations to provide the best possible customer experience. **For the Cashier (Financial Operator) role:** responsible for in-store cashier operations, including processing payments, as well as performing opening, cash withdrawal (sangria), and closing procedures for the cash register.
