We are looking for an organized, responsible individual with practical experience in the administrative field, who is confident handling documents, numbers, and internal processes, thereby contributing to the company's financial and operational organization. * **Main Responsibilities** Support accounting routines in coordination with external accounting services. Organize and verify incoming and outgoing invoices. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform financial entries and reconcile bank statements. Assist in cash flow monitoring. Work in the procurement department, conducting supplier quotations, negotiations, and purchase order tracking. Organize physical and digital files and maintain updated records. Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks. * **Desired Qualifications** Previous experience in administrative, financial, or accounting roles. Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures. Experience verifying and organizing fiscal documents. Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel.
