We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide low-complexity user assistance for traffic inspection and mechanical roadside assistance by driving and operating the Concessionaire’s vehicles upon request from the Operational Control Center. * Capture or remove animals from the roadway and/or medians using appropriate equipment available in operational vehicles and the Animal Capture Truck, under direct supervision. * Contain and extinguish small fire outbreaks under direct guidance, using dedicated equipment available in operational vehicles or the Water Tanker Truck. * Inspect construction works and services occurring within the right-of-way, using an operational vehicle and the Works and Services Manual available in patrol units, under direct supervision. * Escort oversized loads under direct supervision by operating the operational vehicle and reviewing documentation related to such loads. * Inspect the company’s right-of-way by patrolling a designated highway segment, identifying ongoing constructions or general services, installed billboards or outdoor advertising, requesting presentation of authorization granted by the company for execution of such services and/or works, releasing them if no irregularities are found, or requesting removal or demolition from the responsible party, escalating to the Supervisor to obtain additional support for process completion. * Conduct or support low-complexity operations involving pedestrians in hazardous positions, fallen signage from ongoing highway construction, or removal of fallen highway signage from risk zones, taking appropriate actions. * Verify whether signage for highway construction, improvement, and maintenance complies with company standards, guided by previously received sketches, escalating to the supervisor to halt work presenting irregularities or operational risks until the situation is resolved or new instructions are received from the Operational Control Center (OCC). * Identify possible deficiencies in signage (regulatory, indicative, or warning signs) or on the roadway (potholes, damaged barriers, cleaning, washing), photographing affected locations and forwarding suggestions or information to the OCC, which then engages responsible areas for analysis and operational response. * Propose improvements regarding signage, infrastructure, drainage, and roadway safety, submitting proposals for review and validation by the Supervisor. * Propose improvements regarding signage, infrastructure, drainage, and roadway safety, submitting proposals for review and validation by the Supervisor. * Respond to minor collisions or accidents, collecting information from users/victims, witnesses, and highway police to determine probable causes and conditions (e.g., potholes, missing signage, speeding, water or oil on the roadway, driver under the influence), recording personal data of drivers and passengers, and details of involved vehicles (license plate, type, tire condition, damages, etc.), assessing damage to company property (metal guardrails, concrete barriers, signage), and photographing the entire affected area, vehicles, and victims. * Provide the OCC with information gathered during minor collision responses to integrate into the traffic accident response report, ensuring the official police report also includes identical information. * Verify whether the length, height, width, and license plate display of extraordinary loads traveling on the highway comply with the Special Traffic Authorization (STA) issued by competent authorities; release them if no irregularities are detected, otherwise retain them until receiving new instructions from the OCC or issuance of a new STA (Special Traffic Authorization), acting under direct supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Completion of Elementary Education; Residency in São João do Sul or nearby areas. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, enabling daily mobility for thousands of people through comprehensive, socially impactful services.
