JOB CODE: 3939 AREA/DEPARTMENT: Administrative POSITION: Administrative Intern LOCATION: Torres RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in compiling, updating, and maintaining employee records in physical and digital folders; Populate HR process control spreadsheets; Provide support for recruitment and selection routines, such as scheduling interviews and responding to candidates; Support onboarding of new employees, including document verification and benefit enrollment; Support termination procedures, including document verification and digitization; Assist in employee service within the HR department and across other institutional departments; Assist in other departmental processes as requested. For example, visiting the post office to send telegrams.
