Opportunity for learning and growth in the technical field **Position: Internship – Hardware and Software Technician (On-site)** The Advice Informática is seeking an intern to work in the Hardware and Software area, supporting the technical team in internal assistance and equipment operation. Responsibilities: Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware problems; \- Provide basic support for corporate software; \- Assemble, clean, and maintain computers; \- Organize and update the IT inventory; \- Support the technical team in operational tasks. \- Open service tickets\- \- Make initial contact with clients via WhatsApp, e\-mail, or phone; \- Collect necessary information for diagnostic reports; Desired Profile: \- Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to processes; \- Good communication skills and ability to clearly record information; \- Proactivity and willingness to learn; Requirements: \- Currently enrolled in Information Technology – Technical course \- Information Technology – Undergraduate course \- IT or related fields; Currently enrolled in a technology-related program; \- Organization and attention to detail; \- Willingness to learn and grow in the technical field; \- Good communication skills. \- Availability for 100% on-site work in Porto Alegre. Advantages: \- Prior experience in the sector; \- Basic knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance; \- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
