Job Summary: Responsible for large-scale bread and bakery product manufacturing, including dough preparation, operation of industrial machinery, and quality control and food safety. Quality control and food safety Large-scale production of bread and other bakery products; Preparation and mixing of doughs according to recipes and established standards; Operation of industrial machinery for shaping, slicing, and packaging; Monitoring of baking processes using industrial ovens and stoves; Quality control of ingredients and finished products; Compliance with food safety regulations and good manufacturing practices; Cleaning and organizing the workplace, as well as performing basic equipment maintenance. \* Meal Allowance – BRL 250.00/month (no payroll deduction) \* On-site meals (no payroll deduction) \* Transportation Allowance (6% payroll deduction) Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM Work Schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off Compensation: BRL 2.500,00/month Benefits: * Transportation\-Allowance Work Location: On-site
