Responsible for ensuring the store is ready to receive customers, supplying departments with products, and keeping them organized — from receipt in the warehouse through to the final customer service process, including payment and product delivery to the customer. **Key responsibilities:** Perform various administrative tasks to comply with defined procedures and controls. Stay updated on store KPIs and targets to collaborate on action planning with the team and support the store manager during alignments and meetings. Ensure the team correctly signs and records item quantities on receipts upon product delivery to customers. Authorize installment plan adjustments for customer purchases, per company-established rules. Ensure credit analysis processes are executed, forwarding requests per established guidelines and guaranteeing compliance with credit policy procedures. Approve and monitor the dispatch and return process of Pompéia products for “Levar” (PPL). Request and control receipt of materials from the company’s warehouse department. Monitor and verify internal purchases made by store staff. Authorize product exchange procedures and cancellation of fiscal receipts. Process system inventory deductions and deliver products to customers for e-commerce sales. Report daily to store management on critical issues and opportunities for process improvement, contributing to operational efficiency and success. Perform support activities for store operations to ensure adherence to company-established standards. Open and/or close the store according to the schedule shared with the store manager or assistant manager. Carry out necessary opening and closing procedures: turning store systems and equipment on/off, general store operations, staff uniform usage, air conditioning, alarm activation/deactivation, ensuring the store is empty, etc. Support management in preparing materials for the monthly team meeting. Maintain the store’s image, cleanliness, organization, preservation, and upkeep. Occasionally provide direct customer service. Follow and uphold the GLF Code of Ethics and Policies, etc. **Prerequisites:** ? Completed high school education; ?
