Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for souvenirs and Category A hospitality items—from demand analysis through final delivery; Conduct strategic sourcing processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), analyze proposals, and lead complex negotiations aimed at optimizing costs (TCO — Total Cost of Acquisition) and contractual terms; Identify, qualify, and develop a robust portfolio of domestic and international suppliers—with special focus on customized products (souvenirs) and high-quality hospitality items; Monitor market trends, raw material costs, and innovations that may impact managed categories, bringing forward new ideas and solutions; Act as a business partner to Operations (Parks and Hotels), Marketing, and Product teams—ensuring procurements meet technical specifications and customer experience expectations; Draft and manage supply contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed service-level agreements (SLAs); Use the Protheus (TOTVS) ERP system to manage the entire procurement workflow—from requisition through purchase order—including item and supplier master data maintenance and generation of management reports. , **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. **Requirements:** Experience in Strategic Procurement (Strategic Sourcing); Experience in procurement for Hospitality (hotels), Entertainment (theme parks), Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors; Experience negotiating complex categories; Direct experience with souvenirs, customized products, or Category A hospitality items will be a strong advantage; Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Protheus — TOTVS is a plus); Strong negotiation and communication skills; Analytical ability, data-driven mindset, and results orientation; Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; Long-term vision and strategic thinking. **Preferred Qualifications:** Advanced English or Spanish (for negotiations with international suppliers). Experience with import processes.
