This role ensures the integrity of OEE data and its losses, and acts as the team’s problem-solving expert. This position typically represents an entry-level management career role and is fundamental to developing leaders with technical vision and focus on operational excellence.**Responsibilities** ==================== Responsible for leading Daily Management Systems (DMS) related to Centerline, Changeover, and Change Management, ensuring application of standards and promoting operational stability by using indicators and tools to monitor processes and guaranteeing that changes are implemented in a controlled and effective manner. Analyze line data to identify and prioritize opportunities for loss elimination, conduct detailed studies, and drive corrective actions to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Lead root cause problem resolution related to chronic losses, applying analytical methodologies and ensuring implementation of definitive solutions to prevent recurrence. Guide operational teams in executing DMS for Centerline, Changeover, and Change Management, ensuring adherence to standards and that practices promote agility and reliability in processes. Train teams in problem-solving skills using tools such as IPS (Initial Problem Solving) and UPS (Unified Problem Solving) to anticipate risks and rapidly correct deviations. Promote the team’s technical development, ensuring understanding and mastery of process control for execution with quality and precision. Monitor process indicators and results, taking corrective actions when necessary to maintain expected standards and ensure operational stability. Document implemented standards and improvements in the area, preserving technical knowledge and standardizing best practices to accelerate learning curves and ensure consistency.
