Analyze line data to identify and prioritize opportunities for loss elimination, conduct detailed studies, and drive corrective actions to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Lead root cause problem resolution related to chronic losses, applying analytical methodologies and ensuring implementation of definitive solutions to prevent recurrence. Guide operational teams in executing DMS for Centerline, Changeover, and Change Management, ensuring adherence to standards and that practices promote agility and reliability in processes. Train teams in problem-solving skills using tools such as IPS (Initial Problem Solving) and UPS (Unified Problem Solving) to anticipate risks and rapidly correct deviations. Promote the team’s technical development, ensuring understanding and mastery of process control for execution with quality and precision.
