Job Summary: Machine Operator focused on setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC/injection molding machines, quality control, and process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and set up machines (CNC and/or injection molding machines) independently and safely 2. Control final product quality and perform autonomous maintenance 3. Serve as a technical reference and suggest process improvements Description: To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements: * Completed elementary education; * LID\- Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings; As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include: * Operating and setting up machines (CNC and/or injection molding machines) and tools, entering parameters independently and safely; * Processing parts by activating specific commands and controlling final product quality; * Verifying the quantity of parts to be processed, adhering to production sequence, feeding the machine whenever necessary, and separating parts into production batches; * Performing machine replenishment and setup according to programming instructions, serving as a technical reference in the area and suggesting improvements to processes under your responsibility; * Performing autonomous maintenance of tooling and equipment in your work area; * Recording production orders; * Suggesting and implementing improvements to products/processes. 2512100202181763316
