Job Summary: We are seeking a curious, dynamic, and dedicated Delphi Developer to work on the development and maintenance of systems and applications, with a focus on optimization and refactoring. State-of-the-art technology environment with up-to-date Delphi **RESPONSIBILITIES:** – Development of systems and applications built in Delphi, including graphical user interface design, database structure implementation, and program coding; – Maintenance and enhancements of existing systems; **REQUIREMENTS:** – Interest in learning/evolving in new software development and code validation methodologies; – Technical knowledge required in: Delphi (especially IDE usage), SQL; – Desired: Object-oriented programming and layered architecture knowledge; familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) techniques; – Knowledge of MVC & MVP development patterns; – Ability to optimize and refactor efficiently; – Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus; The ideal candidate is a curious, dynamic, and dedicated developer.
