We are seeking a professional to serve as PROJECTS AND SYSTEMS SUPERVISOR, leading our system, integration, and automation initiatives. The objective of this role is to connect systems, automate processes, and lead technology projects that directly impact operations—with special emphasis on environments using the Protheus ERP and bridging the gap between technology and business areas. This includes leading integration and automation initiatives by connecting various systems and platforms via APIs, scripts (e.g., Python), and other market-available integration tools. To succeed in this challenge, a strong PMO (Project Management Office) mindset is essential. The professional will be responsible for leading and monitoring end-to-end implementation, replacement, and upgrade projects—ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and delivery quality. **Required Education:** * Systems Analysis and Development * Computer Science * Computer Engineering and other engineering disciplines, provided they include substantial experience in technology and systems **Recommended Experience** * Minimum 6–8 years in technology * At least 5 years working with systems, projects, integrations, and business interface * Experience in people management is desirable but not mandatory if the candidate has already served as a functional/technical reference **Essential Technical Competencies** * Experience with corporate systems and ERPs, especially Totvs Protheus * Backlog management and demand prioritization * Execution and monitoring of technology projects (PMO model) * Experience with system-to-system integrations * Interface with business areas * Supplier management and governance in the technology area * Knowledge of SQL / databases for analysis and BI * Strong ability to analyze processes and systemic workflows
