As a Senior Developer, you will serve as the technical reference within your team and in collaboration with other teams. We are looking for someone with solid development experience (C\+\+, Java, or Node.js) who contributes to architectural decisions, code quality practices, and scalability—and implements full-stack solutions when needed. You will also act as a mentor and support the team’s technical growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions, working on both back-end and front-end as applicable. * Serve as technical leadership: define architectural guidelines, coding standards, integration strategies, and delivery pipelines. * Collaborate with product owners, designers, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into executable, prioritized solutions. * Conduct and lead qualitative code reviews, promoting best practices and sharing knowledge. * Identify performance bottlenecks, security issues, and opportunities for operational improvement; propose and execute corrective actions. * Automate tests, builds, and CI/CD pipelines; support deployments and rollback/observability strategies in production. * Mentor junior developers, foster a feedback culture, and promote the team’s technical growth. * Document architectural decisions, runbooks, and standards; actively participate in defining the technical roadmap. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid development experience with C\+\+, Java, or Node.js (practical experience in at least one of these technologies). * Strong knowledge of relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases. * Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React or Angular) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Quarkus, or equivalents). * Experience with version control (Git), continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and containerization (Docker). * Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and/or orchestration (Kubernetes)—understanding deployment patterns, scalability, and cost considerations. * Strong analytical ability, capacity to solve complex problems, and data-driven decision-making. * Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across multiple areas and stakeholders. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and leading technical estimation and planning. **Additional Information** Here, you’re free to be yourself!
