If you are organized, analytical, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service, ensuring agility and quality in information delivery; * Analyze productivity and operational performance indicators; * Consolidate operational data and prepare management reports; * Identify process deviations and flag improvement opportunities; * Interact with partner departments, ensuring smooth logistics operations; * Support control and monitoring of operational routines; * Maintain organization and standardization practices according to the 5S methodology; * Comply with and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed high school (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred); * Basic Excel knowledge; **Technical Knowledge:** * Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; **Advantages:** * Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; We are **the country's largest private freight railway operator**, offering a safe, competitive, and low-carbon logistics solution to support the growth of Brazilian agribusiness.
