




Assist the After-sales Manager in the strategic management of the mechanical workshop. Basic Education: Completed High School, preferably Higher Education or Technical Courses. Required Knowledge: General Mechanics, Electrical and Electro-electronic Systems, Workshop Supervisor, Basic Computer Skills. Other Requirements: Good communication skills, strong interpersonal relationships, organized, leadership ability. Reference Experience: Minimum of 3 years. * Comply with technical standards and procedures established by management; * Participate in departmental or general meetings; * Support the Technical Consultant in preparing supplementary budgets; * Assign services to proven qualified mechanics; * Supervise executed services; * Control service execution time; * Inspect vehicles before delivery to customers; * Interface with insurance companies to provide technical details regarding accident vehicle repairs; * Monitor vehicle bodywork and painting services; * Guide and promote awareness regarding workshop cleanliness and maintenance; * Assist management in identifying training needs for technical staff development; * Provide technical guidance to all production personnel on correct repair procedures and use of official and updated technical documentation; * Manage internal vehicle logistics. * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Conduct internal team training sessions; * Perform other related tasks as requested by the supervisor. * Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations; * Adhere to and respect all company policies, standards, and procedures.
