Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of infrastructure and facility services, managing contracts and budgets, and monitoring facilities operations to optimize resources and enhance the employee experience. Adapting increasingly to the needs of the import, export, and domestic markets, the company prioritizes excellence in container handling throughout Brazil, focused on multimodal integration. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Ensure the proper functioning of infrastructure and facility services. * Manage contracts and outsourced services (cleaning, security, and maintenance). * Monitor and track service providers’ SLAs. * Control the department’s budget (budget/P\&L) and manage resources. * Ensure safe, organized, and efficient work environments. * Monitor facilities operations autonomously. * Identify opportunities for process improvement within the department. * Support the optimization of resources and operational routines. * Contribute to continuous improvement of activities and to employees’ workplace experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Excel in This Role, You’ll Need:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields) * Prior experience in Facilities or building services management * Experience managing contracts and overseeing third-party suppliers * Experience with budget control (budget) and tracking KPIs/SLAs * Knowledge of infrastructure routines, building maintenance, and corporate services **Additional Information** **Caring for You Is Part of Our Journey** Reaching our destinations only makes sense if you’re with us—counting on all the care, support, and inclusion you need.
