All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * People Management (participates in professional selection; identifies training needs; evaluates professional performance; schedules vacations, days off, and overtime; manages conflicts; and other related activities); * Planning and Execution of Electrical Maintenance (identifies maintenance needs; assesses maintenance risks; evaluates and authorizes service execution; participates in developing service schedules; interprets drawings, schematics, and diagrams; requests electrical components and consumables; monitors equipment operating parameter controls; controls and interprets performance indicators; and other related activities); * Safety, Health, and Environmental Stewardship (ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations; identifies unsafe conditions; implements corrective actions to eliminate unsafe conditions; and other related activities); * Execution of Electrical Maintenance (interprets work orders; verifies physical conditions of the worksite; provides tools and instruments; interprets equipment electrical schematics; diagnoses electroelectronic faults; repairs and replaces electroelectronic equipment; tests component and equipment functionality; and other related activities); * Installation of Electrical Infrastructure, Systems, Equipment, and Components (provides scope for assembly and renovation services in industrial areas involving medium- and low-voltage internal networks; installs grounding systems and lightning protection systems (SPDA); installs electric motors, generator sets, power equipment, and high-voltage terminals; installs auxiliary equipment: DC systems, inverters, rectifiers, and battery banks; and other related activities); * Automation Infrastructure (installs and configures automated systems — PLCs, cards, remote I/O, switches, communication modules; installs and configures sensors and electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators, and industrial communication networks; reads and interprets diagrams and programming logic; and other related activities); * Installation of High- and Low-Voltage Electrical Power Distribution Networks (performs technical scope definition for maintenance on electrical networks; installs network equipment; installs internal road lighting; tests distribution networks; and other related activities); * Execution of Building Electrical Installations (follows technical standards when preparing technical scopes; installs conduits, wires, and cables; installs circuit distribution panels; tests electrical installations; and other related activities); * Technical Documentation Preparation (prepares maintenance activity reports; drafts resource and material requisitions and maintenance operational procedures; prepares technical opinions); * Performs other duties of similar nature upon request from immediate supervisor, in accordance with ERO’s policies, objectives, and goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields. * Proven experience in People Management; Electrical Safety; Quality and SSMA Management in the electrical sector; Industrial Maintenance Management; Electrical Sector Regulations; Advanced knowledge of electroelectronic maintenance / Automation; Advanced knowledge of low- and high-voltage electrical power distribution systems; Intermediate knowledge of underground mine communications. * Basic English proficiency. * Driver’s License Category B. * Willingness to reside in Nova Xavantina/MT. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * On-site Meals (at operational units) * Meal Voucher (at offices) * Food Allowance * Transportation * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Corporate Citizen certification) * Club Membership Agreement — may vary by location * Eyeglass Purchase Assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
