We are looking for people for the position of STORE MANAGER. **Responsibilities and duties** As a Store Manager, you will: * Be responsible for MANAGING the opening/closing of the Store. * Be cheerful, youthful and welcoming. * Build and create enchantment with customers. * Be an EXTRAORDINARY person to create an EXTRAORDINARY environment. * Ensure the execution of operational procedures, inventory, products, organization and store cleanliness. * Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards. * Select, hire, train and develop new employees. * Manage performance and ensure achievement of goals and indicators. * Have strong orientation towards RESULTS. **Requirements and qualifications*** Experience in retail, preferably in fashion. * Availability to work opening/closing shifts, from Monday to Saturday and holidays.
